Working principle

Main motor is controlled by frequency converter, it will start placidly, pass the power to bowl via triangle adhesive belt, to make high speed rotation moving around its axle line, and form a centrifugal force field. Material enter the bowl lined filter bag from the upper part feeding pipe, then the centrifugal force will equally spread the material in the bowl, the liquid will be lashed to the cavum of the outer crust via the gap of the filter bag and wall tiny hole, and finally drained out from the liquid outlet, the solid will stay in the filter bag, when the centrifuge stops working, open the cover, take out and put at material discharging place to unload; equipped with washing pipe.

Main applications

It can apply not only in filter suspending solution whose solid is granule, also in dewatering the fiber material, especially filter high viscidity, tiny granule, poisonous, flammable material. For example: plaster, sulfur ammonium, Glauber's salt, ferrous sulfate, copper sulfate, nickel sulfate, potassium chloride, acetic acid, borax, soda, rubber additive, dye, pigment, plastic raw material, soap, grease, various resin, salt, monosodium glutamate, food additive, starch sugar, vitamin, antibiotics and other medicines, weedicide, insectifuge; dewatering for copper, zinc, aluminum and other mineral powder, refine metal, plaster for acid waste, sludge disposing in clean water and cloacae.
