Working principle

Motor will drive the clutch to pass the power to bowl via triangle adhesive belt, so the bowl will rotate around its axle line in high speed, to form a centrifugal force field. The material will enter that field via upper feeding pipe, and the centrifugal force will equally spread the material to be dewatered on the inner wall of bowl, the liquid will drain out from liquid outlet at the bottom through the gap of the solid material and the filter screen. The solid will stay in the bowl, and finally discharged by worker from the upper part.
The di-speed motor YBLD-DII BT4 will pass the power to bowl, especially suit for non-bacterial, blastproof working places. SS800-NC adopts pneumatic control so that it can finish a working cycle ie. low speed start-high speed start-normal running-electric producing brake-electric brake automatically, find more information in working process diagram.
The part which touch the material adopts anti-rust steel, marked as: SSXXX-N, normal carbon steel, marked as: SSXXX-G, carbon evaded with rubber, marked as SSXXX-X, titanium alloy, marked as SSXXX-I.
The bowl can produced to non-hole sedimentation type, i.e. decanter, marked as SSCXXX. The corresponding technical parameters are almost the same with SS filter type.

2. Food industry: salt, monosodium glutamate, food additive, chemical flavoring, starch, sugar.
3. Pharmaceutical: Vitamin, antibiotics and other medicines, weedicide, insectifuge etc.
4. Mineral: copper, zinc, aluminum, minerals, refined metal etc.
5. Environmental protection: plaster for acid waste, sludge disposal in clean water, cloacae sludge.
